Obi Mordi is an accomplished business executive and strategist with over twenty years of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation across the financial services and technology sectors. As Founder of Kuzi Professional Services, he channels his expertise in business strategy, revenue optimization, and risk management to help organizations achieve sustainable success.

His executive leadership includes roles as Chief Commercial Officer at Advancely Technologies, where he built a commercial function, and as Deputy Managing Director of a microfinance bank, where he orchestrated a successful digital transformation.

Obi’s consulting approach blends commercial acumen with operational discipline, specializing in building high-performing teams, optimizing revenue models, and navigating complex change. He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
